What happens if the United States removes its Nuclear Umbrella from Canada?
Other countries would have to step in to ‘protect’ Canada against threats.
To do that, France would have to extend their Nuclear Umbrella.
But as we discussed, the only way to actually do this is to point their nukes at other aggressor nations.
And what if some political situation occurs where the U.S has to step in militarily on Canadian soil.
Does that mean France, an ally of the U.S, points its nukes at… the Americans?
This is precisely why we are living in a Black and White world. You can’t really be friends with a possible strong nation that isn’t under your Umbrella. Why?
BECAUSE you’re literally pointing nukes at them.
